What I Do •••
I
coach, and I teach, and prepare for independent life,
high school juniors and seniors, and college students, who
can benefit from:
the ability
to get and stay grounded,
the end of self-sabotage,
the end of underachieving,
the end of accepting less,
the end of feeling responsible for everyone,
the knowledge of where one begins and ends,
the defense of one’s boundaries,
the practice of keen observation,
the skill of thinking purposefully,
the ability to contemplate,
the cultivation of courage,
the strenght to choose,
the consciousness of morality,
the nurturing of ethical standards,
the grace to apologize.
These
are some of the talents, skills, and states-of-mind,
that form the foundations of mindfullness and self-respect,
the undergirding of excellence in all purposeful endeavor.
