Billing
Billing is done on a monthly basis, and payment is made in advance. The monthly fee is an averaged amount based on one meeting a week for a fifty-week year.

On receiving my monthly bill you will pay me by return mail, and then file your insurance claim for reimbursement. The monthly fee is currently $458; it will be adjusted on the turn of each year.

Depending on where we begin our work in the monthly cycle, your first bill may be larger than normal. That will only happen once.

Telephone
There are no additional telephone charges if you are within the forty-eight United States, and receive my call on a line free of incoming charges.

Insurance
I will help you get set-up with your insurance company. Filing claims will become an easy routine. I will speak to your insurance company anytime you wish.

Most insurance companies work on a fee for service basis, that is, one session, one charge, one reimbursement. We will comply with any form of filing they request. I will provide you with a form that makes it easy to convert my averaged billing into a “per-session” claim.
